Lake Mirage Colorado?

Does anyone have information on Lake Mirage in Fruita/Grand Junction Colorado?
My wife is looking at a job there and I was wondering if there were available lots to build on
or if there were available ski rights for lease.  I e-mailed the owner but have not heard back yet.

That is a beautiful site.  I emailed him earlier this year to see if i could grab a set or two while I was visiting Grand Junction, but I didn't hear back from him until after I had left town.  Lot's of cool mountain biking trails there as well...would be a fun place to live.

Re: Lake Mirage Colorado?

Thanks Travis

That is who I contacted but have not heard back yet.  I guess I'll be patient.  Did it look like there were available lots when you were there.
Yeah I would be stoked if the wife would go for this job.  Everything I love within 2 hours.  Snow skiing and ice climbing in Vail are epic.  Hopefully a
house on a ski lake, and life would be grand!
Thanks

Re: Lake Mirage Colorado?

Dude, I'm telling you what...if you can get a lot on that lake you would be livin the dream!  Lots of choices for recreation around there.  It took him a month or two to respond to me, so ya be patient.  There was definetly open space for more houses on the lake, I just don't know if they are selling the lots.  From his email to me it sounds like they at least sell memberships to the club, so if you can't get a lot you may be able to join the club.

Good luck...And if you get in, let me know because I want to hit you up for a set next time I'm in town big_smile
