Nov 6th Waterskiing in Utah! You gotta love it!
Got out today in Chicagoland as well. 42* water, 45* air.
Today, saturday, we had our last slalom tournament named after the swedish icebreaker Ymer. We had to break ice for half hour before the wind pushed the crushed ice aside and we could start skiing.
I am very pleased with my result wich ended up with a new personal tournament best.......
so i believe this forum's new title from here on out is NOVEMBER Skiing
Skied today. Water 62, air 74. Beautiful day. From here on out my Eagle drysuit is da bomb!

Great skiing Mark! Hey, as I was watching you it just hit me that you still owe me a ski day from guessing when the ice would melt off of Utah Lake this Spring!
lol Garn you are correct i owe you for sure.

I also think you owe Kelly a few sets for the sweet room in Idaho she set us up with when we went to regionals. I'm sure she won't mind if I take them for her.

Last ski. I've got a bit of an MCL sprain from a hit in hockey so may as well pull the boat. Time to start surfing.
Skied yesterday, Yakima Wa, starting to get a little cold. Trying to keep it going for two more weeks. Then- Ski Paradise.
I'm probably done skiing for the year. Thursday I was at work when I was hit with terrible abdominal pains. Ended up going to the ER and having emergency surgery. I had some type of scar tissue pressing on and closing off my small intestine. The weird thing is we have no idea where the scar tissue came from since I've never had stomach surgery before. So anyway, I guess I'm done for the year. Oh well, it was getting pretty cold anyway.

Shark, that is a really cool angle to shoot the video from. It might be even cooler if it could be angled up just a bit more, but I know that it is probably restricted by how it is mounted. Never the less very cool!
Also, I think that is the roughest water I have ever seen you ski in haha. You always have absolutely amazing water and the scenery is amazing. I would love to be able to call that location my home skiing area.
We have just had the most incredible 2 weeks for this time of year. If u could only see into the weather future. Lake usually has ice this time of year, smoothest glass ever. Boat is sleeping for the winter. So no November skiing. Love that video Shark. What camara do u use?
Skied Saturday, air 68F, water 74F
Boats up, approx. 21 weeks before it all starts over again, long time, lucky me that i have this site

I believe this sight was strategically designed for slalom skiers to survive the winter and still be sane...

Thanks for the support, folks!
It's been fun providing this resource, in one way or another, since about 2002.
I'm proud to announce that we are moving!
I'm sure it will take some time before we're all comfortable @wetJacket, but that's where we're going.
I'm going to leave the PSC forum up and running for the time being, as there are still some bugs to be worked out. But if you have something to post, let's try to start making the switch.
All current PSC users (up to November 12) already have a wetJacket account HOWEVER, unless you have already migrated over that way, you do not have a password.
To get started, visit wetJacket and click Forgot Password. Enter your E-Mail Address associated with PSC, and you will be sent a link to confirm your password reset. Click the link in your email, and then you will be sent a temporary password. Use this password to log in, go to Settings->Account Settings->Change Password to get going!
wetJacket handles a lot of things better than PSC. PSC.com is not going away, but I'd like to simplify/reduce it and see wetJacket thrive as a more social interface. Click on Your Profile in the upper left hand of PSC when you're logged in to go directly to your wetJacket profile.
welcome to wet jacket forum
