Backyard Slalom Training - Office Potatoes

Okay, I finally got "ON MY BIKE" last week, who else has joined me and is sick of the 3ft of ice on the pond?!? So through in SLASH and started working it. Might only be 20min, but got on the stationary bike, did some pull-ups and hangs from my slalom handle mounted to the rafters, some crunches, some 10lb shoulder/back arm funky angles!!! Gotta start workin' them IPA's off in preparation for an expensive $$$ gas season. Gotta maximize the bennies on the water!!!

So who else through in SLASH to get PUMPED???

Re: Backyard Slalom Training - Office Potatoes

Funny you should mention it just now.  I watched SLASH twice yesterday, and brought it to work so afterwards, I will take it to the gym and throw it up on the big screen at the cardio area. It really helps me get through my stationary cardio machines.  Great to do abs to also.

Sick of winter.  Bring on the summer!

lesson learned

running on foot- not so successful seeing they got cars

running in car- thats more the idea
