RS-1 boot setting for GOODE
Chris,
Where would you recommend setting my size 9 RS-1's boots on my 65.5" GOODE 9700? I only skied on my boots a few times before I broke my rib and I'm still not skiing. Since I broke my rib I mounted my boots on a G-10 plate and my current settings are 28 5/8" Front and 17 2/8" Rear.

Factory for that ski is listed at 29 1/8" I would say 28 3/4 to 28 7/8" will work for you.

Thanks, what about the rear boot location which has no factory specs? I know you put a lot more emphasis on the rear boot location compared to others.

Scott,
What are your fin settings? I used to run my rear foot between 17 1/8 to 17 1/4 on the Goode. It looks like you are there with the RS1 boots on your 9700 so lets try to set the fin up to compliment that binding placement.
