2008 Moomba Masters
Is going down this weekend!
After the first round:
Karen Truelove and April Coble-Eller advanced to the semifinals of women’s slalom with scores of 3 buoys at 38 feet off and 2 buoys at 38 feet off, respectively. Chris Parrish (1-1/2 buoys at 39-1/2 feet off), Marcus Brown (3 buoys at 38 feet off) and Greg Sund (3 buoys at 38 feet off) advanced to the semifinals of men's slalom. U.S. athlete Alex Lauretano of Morris, Conn., failed to advance to the semifinals of women's slalom, scoring 2-1/2 buoys at 32 feet off, while Zack Worden and Brooks Wilson failed to advance in men's slalom with scores of 3-1/2 buoys at 35 feet off and 2 buoys at 35 feet off.
